Tonka Threads uses top-of-the-line Tajima embroidery machines to produce beautifully embroidered products.  We purchase from vendors who offer jackets, sweatshirts, sweatpants, t-shirts, polo shirts, all styles of hats, accessories like tote bags and aprons, and so much more!  

What do we embroider? 

• Monograms
• Logos – businesses, organizations, teams, etc. 
• Team & player names and numbers
• Tackle twill & other applique designs

Your logos and designs can be printed in full color typically on t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, jackets, and the like.  High quality inks are used to produce lasting results on the apparel.  

We use a Hotronix 360 machine that heat presses any kind of patch onto hats – low or high profile, structured or unstructured, fitted or adjustable; you name it, we can do it!  In addition to patches, we also embroider directly onto hats, beanies, and anything else you can put on your head.
