Established in 2004 in the scenic Lake Minnetonka area, west of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Tonka Threads began its journey as Howling Wolf Embroidery.  Our name change to Tonka Threads better reflects who we are and what we offer – custom embroidery and screen printing on apparel and accessories of every kind, as well as heat-pressed patches on all types of hats.  It has been a well-received move toward broadening our client base and expanding market potential.

Our name change makes sense, of course, with our home in the Lake Minnetonka area of Minnesota.  Tonka lends itself well to proudly embracing our geography.  And Threads, the tangible piece of the puzzle that make your logos, as well as our ideas and designs, come to life.
